This is shortly before our 'friend' Tom approached us. Tom gave us a few places to visit in Thailand and set us up with a cheap tuk-tuk. He was very friendly and we talked with him for 10-15 minutes.

Jeff and I went to Chinatown for lunch. Chicago's Chinatown is like any other Chinatown in any other place in the world. It's full of cheap food, smelly alleys, and lots of people seemingly screaming at each other when they're actually having a normal conversation.
